I’ve been wanting to photograph a portrait session at The Mining Exchange in downtown Colorado Springs for quite some time now. The cold and super windy weather conditions encouraged this opportunity to happen as there weren’t any great outdoor options. I was thrilled when Laura trusted me and agreed upon having a touch of an urban look for her maternity photos. We later headed over to the Broadmoor for a few more photos to mix it up a bit. As you can see below, this adorable family is looking forward to welcoming their baby boy next month.
The beautiful natural light outlines her pregnant belly perfectly.
