Details of the Grounds
Crooked Willow Farms has several lovely settings that can host weddings of all styles and sizes. The wedding party can start off the big day getting ready in one of the venue’s two dedicated getting-ready spaces. Wedding ceremonies can take place outdoors on the Mountain View Lawn, which features stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, or adjacent to the lawn in the Carriage House, which contains a sophisticated indoor ballroom.
This grandiose banquet hall features exposed red brick and pine walls that create a rustic, elegant ambiance for wedding receptions. This space also has floor-to-ceiling, hand-crafted doors that can slide open to fill the room with lots of natural light and beautiful views.
The ballroom can accommodate 250 guests for a seated ceremony or a reception with up to 225 guests. The ballroom contains white pine walls, red brick accents, and windows flanked with custom wall sconces that are remnants of the original barn motif. Other features are gorgeous chandeliers, a stage, a dance area, and concrete flooring.
Lola’s Loft is the venue’s rustic red barn that couples can use for both indoor ceremonies and receptions. It can host up to 150 guests for a wedding ceremony or 100 guests for a seated reception. Lola’s Loft features rustic hammered steel railings, cathedral windows, circular stairs, and a hand-crafted turret entrance.
Sconces provide romantic illumination and lead the way to a second-floor loft with walls of pillar candles, original red oak floors, and soft lighting from wagon wheel chandeliers. The Loft’s double doors lead to a spacious outdoor covered deck that couples can utilize for cocktail hour and features grand views of the lawn and the Rocky Mountains.
Couples can hold wedding ceremonies and receptions in the venue’s Wine Room, Willow Park, or Courtyard.

Lola’s Loft is a beautiful place for wedding day photography. Rustic hammered steel railings, circular stairs, a warm-colored space, red oak floors, soft lighting from chandeliers, natural light from the side and double doors, and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains make this space a lovely setting for photos. Outside, the spacious deck is another fantastic space to use for photos as the sun sets behind the mountains.
The Carriage House Ballroom is another great space for photos, with bright light streaming in through the large windows, stunning chandeliers, elegant drapery, rich wood accents, and more. This event space’s soft, elegant lighting creates a romantic glow for wedding reception photos.

Furthermore, the events staff takes care of cleanup so that couples and their guests can enjoy the day’s festivities. The venue provides tables, chairs, and a list of preferred vendors. Other rental items, including audio and sound equipment, can also be rented from the venue.
Rental fees include:

- multiple possibilities for ceremony and reception sites,
- access to the venue for up to 12 hours,
- two separate getting-ready suites,
- a broad selection of catering services,
