Paint Mines trail is a 3.4-mile loop that is considered to be an easy hike. Set amidst an open field and some winding rock formations, it’s a sunny trail with minimal shade. It’s a popular area for activities like hiking, birding, and running, so you’ll most likely see others while you’re hiking. While it’s a kid-friendly path, no dogs are allowed, so leave your fur babies home for this one!
Pulpit Rock Park Loop is a beautiful 5.2-mile trail near Colorado Springs that is great for a moderate challenge. Set aside a little over 2 hours to take in the beautiful sights. The trail is open year-round, and you’ll have gorgeous views whenever you visit! With beautiful views of the Rockies, stick to the perimeter trails for an easy walk. It’s also recommended to hike with a map, as parts of the trail are under construction and can get a little confusing.
Siamese Twins Loop Trail is a short hike, though it’s considered to be a moderately challenging route. It has gorgeous views of red rock formations and distant mountains, making it a popular choice for anyone who loves the Colorado Springs landscape!
