Peace Out Yoga

202 6th Street, Suite 201, Castle Rock, CO 80104

Peace Out Yoga is a beautiful new studio in Castle Rock that offers a variety of classes to suit every person’s needs and abilities. Their new studio spaces include two heated studios equipped with an infrared heating and humidity system. There’s also one room-temperature studio that has a rolling garage door for a unique indoor/outdoor yoga experience. Peace Out Yoga also has fully equipped showers, lockers, weights, rental mats, and everything else you need to support a great workout. They offer three categories of classes: Mindful, Glow, and Kids. Their Mindful classes are designed for a more meditative experience, with gentler stretches and breathwork. Glow classes are all about getting a good sweat on, whether it’s from a high-intensity workout or just a high temperature in the room. Then, there are kids and family classes for little yogis to practice, too!

Buka Yoga

723 North Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104

Buka Yoga is a boutique yoga studio that offers classes rooted in traditional hatha yoga. In Sanskrit, the word “Buka” means “laughter,” and as a member of the Buka Yoga community, you’ll find yourself laughing on your journey to self-awareness and community. You’ll feel an innate connection not only to the space but to the connections you’ll make with other yogis and instructors while you practice. For the past three years, they’ve been offering in-studio and virtual live-streamed classes led by qualified, passionate teachers. No two classes are the same, so you’ll never get bored! Whether you’re taking a hot yoga class or something a little more temperate, you’ll find yourself exploring the power of breath, meditation, and movement.

Lotus Flower Yoga

3674 Rawhide Circle, Castle Rock, CO 80104

Lotus Flower Yoga offers a more in-depth experience with yoga. Owned by yoga therapist Susan Albano, it’s a great option for anyone looking to take their yoga practice into a more emotional realm in addition to physical. Susan fell in love with yoga back in 1995 and immediately recognized the ways in which it benefitted her own body, mind, and spirit. In the decades since, she has dedicated herself to learning multiple yoga styles and practices, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Classical Hatha. When you work with Susan, you can expect a safe, sacred space for your own practice and an “unconditional positive regard for your personal journey of healing and seeking a balanced life.” She’ll work with you one-on-one to create a specially crafted practice unique to you and your physical and emotional needs.
